Dark Core RGB many issues.

I have stutters/frame skipping (not drops) when using the mouse in any game. I have the dongle about a foot away from the mouse and no interference from other wireless devices, it makes games completely unplayable. I have tried resetting the mouse reinstalling icue renaming cpuidsdk.dll etc etc.

I am also unable to change the dongle polling rate at all, it defaults to blank and when I use the drop down box to select a rate it doesnt stick as soon as I leave the settings screen and goes back to being blank.

Along with constant random disconnects with my K63 wireless keyboard or the mouse forgetting profiles when it comes out of sleep. What are my options? are there any windows settings/programs that can conflict with the icue software? I am seriously unimpressed considering the price.
