altf7 Posted October 30, 2020 Share Posted October 30, 2020 Every once in a while, my corsair mouse which I have owned for a long time stops working. The last time it happened, I fixed it (although it took a full day to figure it out) but this time, it won't work at all. I think it is because I haven't updated the firmware. I can't update the firmware though because I lost my wireless receiver and I can't find a replacement. This is getting very annoying. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can find a replacement dongle here. I also recommend getting in touch with our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com, they'll be able to help you troubleshoot.
