Oxiriark Posted January 24, 2020 Share Posted January 24, 2020 During the summer of 2019, my sister gifted me with a brand new Corsair headset from Best Buy. I've used them a ton, and have treated them with great care. Today, I had set my headphones down for a little bit and plugged them in through a USB port on my PC, when I came back and tried to turn them back on, they just wouldn't. I don't get a charging light, nothing. It seems they have died. We had a warranty from Best Buy, but I don't know specifically when we got the headset and if the warranty covers it at all.
