Unhappy Dongle recibida deteriorada, el STC no contesta

Tengo unos auriculares Corsair VOId PRO RGB están en garantía, la dongle de transmisión inalámbrica se me ha roto. El servicio de garantía me ha remitido una dongle nueva.
Realizó todos los tutoriales, y todas las indicaciones pero no se configuró el dongle nuevo con los auriculares, estoy cansada, el servicio técnico no me soluciona. Mis auriculares funcionaban perfectamente pero la llave original se quito el metal y no puedo usarla, pero con la llave que me han enviado es imposible. Estoy cansada de mandar notas y que me den instrucciones sin solución.
QUE PUEDO HACER

He realizado todas las informaciones que me han enviado para emparejar el dongle con los auriculares.

Y necesito una solución rápida llevo 2 meses, con este tema

If need be I can see if we can send you another dongle under that ticket, or if possible you might want to talk to the tech support forum to see if they can help further trouble shoot your issue. Would you like me to see if I can ask if we can request another dongle for you?

Quiero otro dongle , pero que pueda emparejar con los auriculares.
Ya que es un problema de que el dongle recibido no tiene la frecuencia de los auriculares.
