Sad Support ticket

Hi,

I have had a support ticket for two SSD's since 25th Jan now and it hasnt been looked at, please can someone direct me in the right direction to get a response, maybe it is their old system?

no there isnt,now that ramguy has responded to your rma its now in the works.,,if you dont receive notifications in the time frame you desire,you can always call them and get current status regarding your rma...

Contact customer service via phone and ask for a ticket update.

You can call them using Skype by calling their toll-free number.

Hi,

I spoke to customer services a few days ago to see whats happening with my return that was sent in January, they confirmed replacements of two 120GB force GS ssds will be sent out, but they havnt arrived yet and my ticket dosnt show they have been sent, can someone confirm if they are on the way please, thanks.
