Question RAM_Guy Attn RMA #5728291

It's been 2 weeeks since my RMA is issued, but i don't have any info on when i will get my fans. Latest e-mail i got is:

I understand that nearest Corsair RMA department is in Netherlands. Usually shipment from there to Bulgaria takes no more than a week. So now i think there is something wrong. I did not recieved any update and the info on the RMA status page is unchanged for 2 weeks now. Any help in this matter will be appreciated.

I issued my RMA on 3/8/2013. I live in the Netherlands but have not seen the replacement fans yet. Already posted a request over here but not an answer of Ramguy yet.

Well i read there is huge demand for these fans and the stocking up is slow... But the thing that makes me nervous is that i do not have any info and other users repeat similar things like: "You'll get your fans, dont worry." but noone give any estimates. For example if Corsair representive answer here that i will get them in 30 business days i'll be OK because i will know when. But when no info is provided its not good experience...

why dont you guys just call corsair,its faster than here ,if your overseas you can call with skype for free

Just now i recieved e-mail from technical support that my fans are shipped and include tracking info. Thanks.
