Brightness key problem

I just got my new corsair k70 RGB, and I've encountered 1 problem:

Quite often if I cycle through the brightness modes using the brightness key, instead of going from 0% to 33% - 66% - 100%, it will only go 100% or 0%, or sometimes only from 33% to 100%. This can be quite annoying since many times I'm not able to turn off the lights using this button. I hope anybody can help me solve this issue.
