08Wesley
Hi there, Today when I turned on my replacement SP2500 the power button got stuck. I just pressed the button normally, but somehow it shifted down a bit. I've already tried pushing it back with the smallest screwdrive I could find but it just won't pop back (all I did was scrape off some of the paint on the button and make a small crack in the glass around it...). Since it's a replacement for my old SP2200 I don't have any warranty anymore. Any suggestions on how to fix this myself? I figured opening it up, but I think I'm missing one or two hidden screws on the remote controller unit. I don't see any harm in breaking the warranty seals for this since I'm already out of warranty. I've added a picture of it, but you can't see it all that well. no1yak
I've got the same thing. The control pod on/off switch is broken and stuck in the on position. Just set up an RMA for a new pod. Only a year old too. Pete.
