Rather disconcerting having previously had good service from Corsair and having mentioned this to my IT collogues and friends over the years. Do Corsair have an official statement on this? Anyway, to the point at hand. I have an outstanding RMA, 2000531553, which is now over a week old with no response other than the initial automated reply. After sending another email 2 days ago with no response, I now have to come here and ask for assistance, can you help? Many thanks in advance.
