dusanyu Posted July 31, 2020 Share Posted July 31, 2020 I woke up this morning turned on my PC to find that i had no hard drive! the 3 month old MP600 stopped working! So i first contact new egg they say the return period is up and contact corsair so i go to see hey we turned our phones off! because COVID-19 well COVID-19 makes a broken hard drive pretty darn detrimental to me as well i need my PC for work because i can't go in the office. so i am simply asking when will the phones be on so i can get a RMA number for this busted drive. Yes i am aware of the email form and filled it out but this broken drive constitutes an emergency. and it would be nice to get a response and a RMA number and not some caned anger inducing form letter.
