fmalucard Posted July 28, 2020 Share Posted July 28, 2020 I purchased a K70 low profile keyboard and have been having some issues with it on iCUE: https://imgur.com/a/mZBU55B Very often the software stops registering the keyboard, and I am unable to make any settings changes. The profiles do not load up when I play a game, such as Diablo 3. Also, the LEDs stop cycling through the colors (they "freeze" in non-static lighting settings). I've tried the following to fix it, but nothing works unless I unplug the USB cable and plug it back in: Restarted iCUE service Updated firmware Force closed and re-opened iCUE Uninstalled and reinstalled iCUE (including the driver) Updated iCUE to the latest version I should also mention that I was able to reproduce the issue with 2 different PCs.
