Toasted Posted January 27, 2016 Share Posted January 27, 2016 Crackling issue on the VOID Wireless? You should try a different USB port and another computer and see if the issue is still present. Do you have any wireless devices near the headset and dongle? If so, you may want to temporarily disable them or test the headset and dongle in another area and see whether the crackling noise still occurs.
