Default H80i V2

So I'll keep this as short and simple as possible since this isn't rocket science.. Before the update for this version, my H80i V2's statistics would show up in Link perfectly without any issues. However now, since updating, the tab for my H80i V2 is no where to be found and I cannot alter any settings for said watercooler. Thank you and have a wonderful New Years.

Try looking in Device Manager, under USB Devices, for "Corsair USBXp Driver". If it is disabled, enable it. If it appears enabled, disable and then re-enable.

Oops Tried every Link4 Software...

Hello!

Okay. I wasted a ton of time to try to reproduce the bug in Link4. I tried
every(!!!) downloadable link version. None of them are able to discover
my AX860i. Sure. Everyone would say, okay, the psu is faulty. But...
Its not! hwinfo64 is able to discover it and tell me the values of each
sensors. Hey, Corsair. Whats wrong with that? You (and your partners)
got the datasheet of all that and you're not able to code that in a right
way, but a guy how build a tool via reverse engineering provide the values
without any hassle? Really?

EDIT: Okay, the last version i found that is recognizing my AX860i is
4.3.0.154. What happened in the meantime? Why every version after this
refuse to see my PSU? Is the support for hooking it up into the H100i
waterblock dropped? Did i need to use the dongle that came with the PSU
(the one thing i can't try this time, in lack of an adapter for a regular usb
connector)...

2nd EDIT: Tried to connect the AX860i via the dongle in a seperate usb
port. That way, everything is working as expected. But not, if i stick the
cable coming from the AX860i inside the waterblock... :(

Regards,
Andreas

The HDD click from polling is back in the latest version. We need an option to exclude HDD monitoring please @Corsair!

NZXT Cam allows this to negate the HDD polling.

Version of your Link software - v4.9.4.28 - also 4.9.2.27
What version of Windows you're using - 16299.125
Summary - Device crash / value cannot be null
Detailed description of the issue - Unknown bug affecting PSU however appears to be working as expected. Not sure if this is a false positive -

Why did you took the demo mode away? It was my favourite light mode, now I can't use it even by closing the corsair Link. Why don't you make it available under the lightning mode of the corsair HD? It's 10 times better of the awful rainbow mode you made...

Running latest update but I can't seem to get my fan curve working. It was fine before but my fans literally just stay at 900RPM on full load, whereas before they would ramp up to whatever RPM percentage I set it to depending on the CPU temperature.

Which fan curve are you referring to?

Hi guys, running v4.9.4.28 and noticed that it seems to interfere with my graphics cards (2x R9 nanos). Corsair link picks up 3 cards (I only have two in crossfire), and when it is running it stops the second card going into ULPS. Is there anyway to manually stop Corsair Link from monitoring GPUs?

Also one other noob question, if Corsair Link is not running does it still keep the custom fan curve I set in CL for my H100i fans in memory (it doesnt seem to from my tests)? If CL is not running does that mean the H100i just resorts to default fan curve? What throws me is the RGB setting for the LED light seems to stick. Hope someone can advise.

There are some pretty serious known issues between Link and R9's, unfortunately.

It will use the default curve.
Try going to Options ... Devices and look for your cooler in the list. If you have a link to "Use current settings as default", that will write your custom fan curves to the device (as well as LED settings, etc). HOWEVER ... the temp source for the fan curve needs to be the pump (not CPU or anything else). This is the ideal temp source for your cooler fan curves anyway, so it's not a painful limitation.

The fan curve for the fans, I have a CUSTOM curve set but when it goes over 50c, the fans should ramp up to 65% but they don't... they stay at 900RPM regardless of the load temperature.

On what device? Your profile says nothing about any Corsair cooling devices.
Can you post a screen shot of your curve settings?
If you are referring to any of the Hydro series coolers, you really shouldn't have your fan curve based on CPU temperature anyway. It should be based on the temperature of the cooler.

Can someone please post the firmware for the latest release? I'd like to install it on my offline PC.

Thanks!
