investigate311
I have had this mouse for nearly 2 years now and the mouse wheel has recently started behaving very erratically. Scrolling upwards almost always scrolls downwards (scrolling downwards can sometimes scroll up aswell) and a slight touch can make it scroll at extreme speeds. Basically it is incredibly difficult to browse any kind of website because of this and I need help. So far I've updated the firmware and re plugged it into different USB ports but to no avail. I am able to apply for a replacement because the warranty is still valid but I'd like to see if there any fixes for this. Thanks in advance. investigate311
2 years is a nice lifetime for a mouse. The mouse model I've consistently used & replaced for years (different company) lasts me about a 1 year before it gives out somehow. Might be time for a new one if you can't easily solve your issue. So do you reckon I should just request an RMA?
Toasted
Double check your purchase date as Corsair provides a two year warranty for their mice. If you are still in warranty, yes, you can request an RMA to replace the mouse.
