Try going into device manager and expanding the 'Storage controllers. If there's an intel in there right click > properties> driver tab. That will tell us the version methinks

We can't assume, we need to know for sure

I'm stumped lol.

We had problems installing the drivers in the first place, so it could be the keyboard, do you want to try booting with just the mouse? Should be okay for what we want to do

ha sorry took so long they werent in the correct place and i think they called something different but i think this is them

Those drivers are fine. I was on about storage controllers for your HDDs. Leave that for now and boot without keyboard.

Holy cheese batman it works everything is there? So if I set up a profile and everything then plug my keyboard in I can continue as normal even if I have to boot without keyboard everytime I don't mind :D :D :D you have all my love in the world right now lol

Once you set a profile you don't even need to run the software, unless you want to watch it, or need the LEDs to change colour. :P

yeh as soon as i plugged the keyboard in an open CL no devices? HAHAHA thats stupid but yeh i set up a profile and that and i dont need it in systray? AWESOME i thought it only worked when it was open lol thanks so much and yeh i'll make sure to stick around see who else i can help out :)

Don't quote me on that, but my profiles seem to 'stick'

You got some good knowledge there, treat it well.

Adding a 'Hardware with known issues' to the driver install guide.

Hahaha just had CL open for a while and now all my rpms are back and i can see in real time even with the keyboard plugged in, weird stuff here, now one quick question i can hear the pump noise the buuuuuzzzz stop buuuuuuzzz repeatedly i thought they fixed this from the h100?

That's the fan control working (coil buzz). Don't worry and don't do anything about it til the new firmware is out, Corsair have already said they'll fix it.

Can you hear it with the case closed?

yeh but not much an i normally always have my speakers or headphones on so its not a big big deal but i would prefer it fixed an every now an then it goes a way an comes back
