BranGuicy Posted March 1, 2020 Share Posted March 1, 2020 hello all, I am very new to PC and just finished building a gaming pc. The only issue I am having is the RGB on the h100i pump is not illuminating. I know their has been posts about this issue in the past but i have tried everything I could find with no resolution. iCue is recognizing it and the pump is working properly, just the RGB is not. I am unsure if their is a fix for this or if I need to RMA. Any insight is much appreciated, thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AndreZA Posted March 2, 2020 Share Posted March 2, 2020 I had this problem and it ended up being the power supply. I had a FSP power supply and it did not have the 3.3v (orange) wire in its SATA cables. There are no workaround this. You either need to get a 3.3v somewhere else and splice it into your SATA connector or get a new power supply. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
