H150i 0ro problem

Hello i purchased h150i pro 3-4 months back and now its giving some problem thers some weird sound plus the rpm got down i complain on mail and still didnt got any revert. I have one more problem that my radiator has some bend points i am attaching the images can anyone help me in knowing that it gonna cover in warranty or not plus im from india anyone knows whom to contact in india for warranty please let me know
