CUE 2: Automatic switch profile after a program is closed

So, I am able to switch to the desired lighting profile after launching Overwatch Program. However, when I exit the game to desktop, the lighting profile remains the same and I had to switch it myself anyway.

 

Just wonder anyway to make it switch automatically to default profile after a game?

It should do it automatically, maybe the game is closed "on the surface" but still unloading from the memory in the background? What happens if you wait a little while after closing the game? Does the profile switch back automatically? Does it happen only with a specific game, more games or also other apps?

Is your Overwatch profile by chance the leftmost one (default) in your profile list? If so, grab it and slide it to the right of the one you want to take over when Overwatch is closed.

This thread has solved. Seems that it will switch back to the first one at the leftmost profile after closing or alt+f4 out of the game. Thanks a lot, Gumby!!!

That's strange, CUE should not allow the default profile to be linked to an exe (like Overwatch). It should select another profile that is not linked.

I have a standard profile for everything else which is the leftmost one (default), while the Overwatch profile is the only one that links to the Overwatch.exe. My standard profile do not have any link to any programs.

I had this same thing happen to me when I was messing around with profile switching. I then prioritized all five of my profiles and problem solved.
