Question H80I GT Custom Curve

I have an H80I GT installed in my gaming PC and overall, it works perfectly. I have messed around in Corsair Link with it and i have debated on setting up custom curve just so it can be like at the lowest operating mode when idle and higher when under load(gaming). But the points got kind of confusing. So what should i do to figure out what points to set for the custom curve? Or what would you recommend for what i want?

System Specs:
OS: Windows 10
Motherboard: AMD 760G
RAM: 16 GB ram
CPU: AMD FX-8320 Eight Core(H80I GT Cooler)
Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 6670
HDD:
1.)Western Digital 1TB
2.)Seagate 2TB

Default

The first column is the temperature point while the second column is the RPM that the fan spins when it is at or over the set temperature.
