K95 problems with keyboard not recognizing keys

Recommended Posts

I have 3 separate profiles and it seems like for some reason or another I keep encountering certain times where the keyboard will stop recognizing its keys. I can kill the Corsair software via task manager and it'll recognize the first keystroke I use but that seems to automatically start the software up again which in turns stops the keys from being recognized. Is there anything I can try or check as far as updates go?

Every single key on my keyboard ceases to stop working, a-z, 0-9, number pad, f keys, space bar, windows key, alt, ctrl, del, end, home, page up, page down, esc, caps lock, shift, enter, backspace, up, down, left, right arrows - they ALL cease to work until I either kill the Corsair software process - but once I hit a key, any key, it will work on that initial key press but that key press re-activates the software and then kills all key strokes after that.

Oh yeah, none of the G/macro keys work either.
