Corsair Void: Volume/mute button issues.

My Corsair Void Wireless SE (yellowjacket) started to mess with my volume when i pressed my mute button today.

 

Headset was working fine with no issues until today when i wanted to mute my mic and it muted my sound as well. I've had it happen later where it takes the volume to the max as well.

 

It has been tested on 3 different computers, and it is a hardware issue. and headset is running newest firmware (no new firmware has been released that i can try out either)..

 

The only way to get it to stop, is to mess around with the volume knob/wheel to make sure that it's 100% center. :confused: :confused:

 

In terms of volume it might turn volume all the way up , or all the way down. or maybe just +2 or -2 , seems a bit random with that. :!:

 

Edit: Sent it in for RMA.. lets see what happends :)..

I did notice mine did this too yesterday, adjusting the volume by a tiny degree when hitting the mute button. No idea what I did to get it to stop though. :P

My Headset is on it's way for RMA at corsair.. Hoping for the best experience possible :)..
