It would be good if you posted the initial SIV screen and the Menu->Edit->View STC Info screen so I can confirm SIV is running OK. Your system has a lot of SMBus sensors, so it would be wise to check how busy the Sensor thread is. I expect with just SIV active all will be ideal, but having both CL4 + SIV may be too much. SIV will still work OK, but the sensor updates will get slightly delayed.
here is the screen

A 50% is good and SIV is working as I would hope. Does all the information reported on [Status] look to be correct to you?

Default Corsair link does not show the cpu fan speed or let me configure it

RYZEN 1700 on a MSI X370 GAMING PRO MB
Corsair link does not show the cpu fan speed or let me configure it. It does let me set the profile to performance.
I have checked the usb connections on the pump
I have disabled the cpu fan control in the bios.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled corsair link.

It would be easier to help you if you used http://forum.corsair.com/forums/profile.php?do=extra to add your PC specs to your profile.

Also attach the CL4 [Home] tab + the CL4 H115i fan config panel screen shot .PNG files.

See http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=853900 for how to attach a file/screen image to a post.

Click on the H115i Fan to get the config panel. Add the W10 Build number to your PC specs

What is the room temperature?
