ICUE H100I RGB Problem

Hi, when I open the ICUE software and try to enable the RGB on the water pump of the ICUE H100I, the lights on the pump will turn on. But when I exit the software or switch to another tab, it turns off. I also have the RGB vengeance ram and there is no problems with it.

Make sure you are setting the lighting in the correct panel. Both the Hardware Lighting and Lighting Library will show you previews of the lighting effects selected on the screen and in the case, but those have other purposes. Your Hardware Lighting is what the cooler shows when the software is not running, boot cycle, shutdown, etc.

 

Lighting Effects tab. Select an effect. It should apply to the pump LEDs. Be careful about left clicking in the picture field. If this is a Platinum or XT cooler you can individually select LEDs. Left click deselects the entire group. Use CTRL + left click drag to highlight groups of LEDs.
