Thumbs down AI Suite causes conflict

Yes, AI Suite fails to use locks and if you use it you should not use any other monitoring software, see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=141037.

The names are rather poor, I suspect the same fan is reported twice and many of the sensors are missing as are your disks. Are they RAID?

Looking at http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=805421 you should see these issues were reported a while also and thus far Corsair has totally failed to addressed them.

If you can work out what is what then you could rename them in CL4. If you post a screen shot showing CL4 and my SIV [Status] panel I could probably deduce what they should be called and which are totally missing.

It would also be helpful to know your PC specs, so add them to your profile.

Someone already posted the same question in this thread but I couldn't find it adressed again, so sorry if it's now asked twice.

Is it possible to have the RGB LED of the CPU Cooler (in my case the H80i V2) cycle through colours? (Like in the shift/pulse Lighting effect in the CUE)

I suspect this is a bug in the SIUSBXP driver. Using Windows Device Manager disable and then enable the H80iV2 device and see is this get's it working again. If it does then this confirms it as a SIUSBXP driver bug.

You need to post Device Manager screen shots!

You also need to use Device Manager to enable it.

Maybe you also need to exit CL4 before doing the Disable/Enable.

What does my SIV utility report on [Link Devices]? Rather than using Device Manager you could press the [Restart] button on that panel. The panel will look similar to as below.

OK, so the H80iV2 is there and seems to be working, what does [Link Status] report it?

What was the sequence of events that happened?

What does CL4 report for it?

Sigh.. post what happens as you complete sequences

Not really. I expect that is just the trace of CL4 failing to open the H80iV2 device and the root of the problem is why this should be failing at all.

As I keep saying you need to post what happens as you complete sequences, but you just post the odd screen shot and statement. What I would do is:
  1. Close down CL4.
  2. Sleep the PC
  3. Wait 30 seconds
  4. Wake the PC
  5. Start CL4 and see what it reports - I suspect it will not report the H80iV2 .
  6. Close down CL4.
  7. Use Device Manager to disable the H80iV2.
  8. Use Device Manager to enable the H80iV2.
  9. Start CL4 and see what it reports - I suspect it will report the H80iV2 .

uhmm...
actually step 5. and step 9. are opposite...
i did steps 1-9
step 5. : CL4 reports error ...
step 9. : CL4 does not reports anything !!!!!!!

as i said in a previous post ..when i open my pc for the first time in the morning everything works fine ,just perfect ....
but if i put my computer in sleep mode and after a while i wake it up CL4 does not shows my liquid cooler and creates that error report you saw in the previous post...

P.S. I have to leave tomorrow for vocation 5-6 days...i will not be able to have my computer of course, could you just tell corsair devs about the problem and find a solution with a patch or something ?
P.P.S. I will be able to read posts in the forum here ,so whatever you write i will see it !

No, I can't. You need to report this via https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp and ask for it to be fixed.
