Deckstar Posted November 3, 2019 Share Posted November 3, 2019 Hi there So I have had the headset for 3 days now and this is the 2nd time now where I power up the headset and the battery is on critical, even if I switched the headset to USB mode when not using them. It seems like the battery is still draining, even in this mode. I have set the ICUE software to also go into sleep mode after 5 mins of inactivity. Anyone else having this issue? Deckstar Posted November 6, 2019 Author Share Posted November 6, 2019 Hi Nick Thanks so much for the reply. I had the latest firmware on the headset, 0.17.149, however, forced an update again. I will monitor the battery usage closely now and report back if anything out of the ordinary. Just a side note. The iCUE software tends to sometimes not open when clicking on it. The icon will show in the task bar but nothing will be brought to the foreground. Also checked for a new update for the software but I am running the current version 3.21.88.
