Replacement part does not work [RMA #2016490]

I already sent my defective part of TWIN2X2048-6400 G.

And now I'm already got replacement part two quantities with the same model.

One of these quantities does not work. After I installed on my computer, not any display on my monitor. Then I installed to another computer, the result still same.

 

Already sent the email to customerservice@corsair.com but still no respond.

 

And one more. It's true that my mobo have four slot but only two can put ddr2 stick of ram. And the others two slot are for ddr3.

well, i got replacement part two quantities of TWIN2X2048-6400 G. so I can only use one pair on my mobo.

 

the problem is another pair can not be used. got sound of error and no display.
