New H115i RGB Platnium and now USB disconnect sounds

I installed a new H115i RGB Platinum and I had some issues which I resolved. But now I'm getting random USB disconnect sounds and I read that 3.15 iCUE fixes it but I'm on 3.18 and it's still happening. I have the latest firmware for the H115i and latest iCUE software, I just don't know what to do? I read that there were some issues with Steam but I don't want to exit Steam or iCUE if it can be helped. Could somebody please help me? Thank you.

Edit (SOLVED): My PS4 controller didn't have a good connection to the wire it was plugged in to so it kept disconnecting and reconnecting. I changed cords and haven't had problems since. Thank you anyway.

My H115i PRO shows up as Unspecified in Device Manager and thinks it's an H115i Platinum. Also it shows a "safely eject hardware" option down in the task bar.

I'm able to get it to recognize it as an H115i Pro by downloading iCue but then I get a USB connecting sound every time I restart my PC.

This is infuriating.
