Draculea Posted September 16, 2019 Share Posted September 16, 2019 Hello all, i have tried a firmware update in Icue 3.19.120 and it was unsuccessful (kept asking to repeat the process). Now my H100i RGB does not get detected anymore in Icue but I can still see some leftovers from the Corsair USB connection. Fans and pump seem to be at full speed all the time. From what i seen on the forums this is a known problem and someone from support has helped people with this problem before. Can i get the files that i need to flash or some advice please? Filed a support ticket. first reply wasn't at all helpful trying to convince me that it was a software issue and how to property reinstall iCue software, which I've done multiple times, even put on a fresh windows install.
