Default SDK Suggestion

Would it be possible if you could add a feature so it's possible to enable and disable SDK for programs individually?

they could probably do this, but most programs already have an on off switch built in. Are you aware of some that don't? It is possible you could be missing the option? Like in wallpaper engine and in both far cry games by way of example, there are settings to turn icue effects on or off. I guess since wpe has made the abstract enable LED effects option, maybe you want to turn icue off independently or did you have some other thing in mind?
