Default Obsidian 500d RGB - Vertical GPU (3Slot)

Hi Folks,

i have just bought the 500d RGB and now i am thinking about placing my GPU vertical.
I own the Palit RTX 2080 Gamerock Premium, which is a 3Slot-Card.
I cannot find any information about this, so does anyone know if it fits?

thx & greetings from Hamburg <3

The 500D Only has a two slot GPU space in it. Your three slot card will not fit as is without modifying the card to make it 2 slot.

It looks like the back plate on that card is two slots but the body (chassis) takes up the "3rd slot" so to speak... is that correct ?

If that's the case it'll probably work just fine... I'd look up the width of the card in mm.
If you're removing the fan kit and Chassis and using the Hydro X you might be good to go

I have the 500D RGB SE case and have a 2080Ti Founders Edition in vertical mount and there is no space for a 3-slot GPU.
