Corsair Employee Corsair Calico Jack Posted February 9, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 9, 2019 Can we get some screenshots of this? Are you using a Laptop or a desktop? How many monitors are you using, and where are they connected on the PC?
quango2k
Do you have RGB Pro RAM and do you have software mode enabled? I did yes, just turned it off and gone! thanks. Wish Corsair would employ some real coders... A new Corsair issue today...USB ports on the commander pro failing...fun times!
Jesso2k
I had the same issue with the icue cpu usage. Adding a light enhancement kit doubled it's usage from 4ish to 9%. I've never had the usb ports on the commander pro work. Reading about the issue I see they like to state that it's the mobos fault and the Nzxt usb splitter won't work either. That isn't the case for me, I have to use the Nzxt splitter as a workaround for the commander pro never recognizing that it has something plugged in. Corsair Employee Corsair Calico Jack Posted February 12, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 12, 2019 Its not so much that it won't work. It's more that USB hubs are unpredictable. We've had plenty report it's fine, but we've also had lots of instances where moving directly to the board works better. It's not any less true with the CPRO acting as a USB hub.
