Scimitar Double Clicking on Single Click, but only when ICUE is on.

Long had problems with my Scimitar mouse resetting its profiles, it reset itself recently and ever since its been rapidly clicking on a single click, or if the left mouse button is held down.

After some troubleshooting I've found the issue vanishes when I close ICUE with task manager.

Are there any ways to remedy this so that I can have ICUE open without dealing with the rapid clicking?
