Where else my situation, it shows updating then my mouse no longer showing in "Device settings"..

Have you been able how to figure out this issue. Mine is very similar but instead the update will stop at 3% and then will just fail and it will say that the update failed.

On my Dark Core, I had issues with updating the original firmware, and it turned out it needed a USB 2.0 port to succeed. Afterwards, the updated firmwares worked fine over USB3 ports for updating.

It just loops forever at 0%. It has to be aborted, but it doesn't abort either so I have to kill the process. Will try USB 2.0. Edit: Nope. Using USB 2.0 isn't a solution. I also got a new mouse, same Harpoon model, same problem. Last edited by CptBrian; 11-07-2019 at 02:57 AM. |
