botstaryt Posted July 25, 2019 Share Posted July 25, 2019 Alrighty, this one seems to be one of a kind because I couldn't find any way to fix this online. I was watching YouTube yesterday and in the middle of the video, my headsets lights turned off and no sound was playing. I tried updating CUE because most people said that was an issue, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling CUE I tried all my other USB's and none of them work with my headset, but they work with all my other devices. People said to go into my device settings in Windows to remove it and restart my computer, but it isn't even detected in there. I have no idea why it happened and I don't know how to fix it.
