Aeris
Whenever I need to charge this headset while I'm still using it, it lags the hell out of every thing on my computer. iTunes, games, youtube, everything gets slowed down and choppy. Audio crackles an often cuts out entirely. The computer seems to behave like it quickly disconnects and reconnects the headset whenever the lag becomes unbearable, but this is ridiculous, I can't use the headset while charging at all. I charge the headset through a usb wall socket charger, I've tried plugging the usb charger into the computer but it makes no difference. The headset is in no way physically tethered to the computer other than if you count the wireless dongle plugged in. Does anyone have the slightest idea why charging it independent of the computer would make the computer lag so badly?
Toasted
Have you tried updating your chipset drivers and BIOS? Have you tried a different microUSB cable? Does it help?
sandstorm1
also. try removing the dongle from your computer so it cant try to make a connection. I have never heard of this problem, so I really cant help too much.

Toasted
If you don't know how to update the BIOS, don't worry about it. What motherboard are you using right now? Also check for any new Windows Update as well.
