Brotin Posted August 4, 2017 Share Posted August 4, 2017 Hi all, I'm having issues with CUE failing to update the firmware on the K95 Platinum. I've searched and tried all sorts of things - from editing the security of the "Corsair" folder in program files, to deleting CUE and reinstalling. Somehow I did find a way to manually update the firmware but it was asking me for the firmware file - which after searching for, seems I can't direct download.
