kodath
Hi all, I just installed my new H115i RGB Platiunum and everything seems to be working except I cannot control the pump. It appears to be stuck in Balance Mode. I have uploaded some images here: https://imgur.com/a/yWrqDlX Also it appears that Corsair Link is not detecting the H115i. I have tried the troubleshooting steps found here under A1: https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=174442&t=174442 But nothing seems to work, when I swap in my old H100, Link is able to detect it. Any ideas? Thanks!
c-attack
The Platinum coolers came out 18 months after the Link program was replaced with iCUE. It will not detect the cooler. There is no reason to run Link unless you have one of the two or three legacy devices that require it. In your photos, you have not applied the speed setting to the pump. First click the preset (quiet/balanced/extreme). Then click on the pump speed (rpm). It will ring yellow and the descriptor will change.
kodath
OMG thank you so much! I was trying to figure this out for the last 3 hours thinking it was my PC or cooler. So I can just uninstall Link all together and just use iCue?
c-attack
Yes, uninstall Link. iCUE is really CUE 3 that replaced the CUE 2 peripherals program. It sits in that file location. Removing Link will not affect anything else.
