pp1111
Hi RAM GUY, I've just received an email said my CA-SP212NA is a discontinued product and need me to paid a upgrade charge for another model. Why do I have to pay for under warranty product? The upgrade charge I can buy another pretty good speaker already. This is the second RMA for this speakers already, I have already paid TWICE expenive Fedex shipping from Canada to USA already for this speakers + another upgrade fee, this speakers will be very expensive! Many thanks for your help. Case #5388342
Toasted
Is your replacement speaker faulty? If so, contact customer service and tell them that your replacement is faulty and that you have already paid the upgrade fee. You should also tell them your previous RMA #. Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 8, 2013 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 8, 2013 The SP2500's compared to your original SP2200's is a huge upgrade. You won't get a better speaker set for the $50. However, contact our customer service if you have any questions or concerns about it and they will be more than happy to assist you.
