H2100 Headset microphone working wrong

Hello, I have this H2100 headsets and I've got a problem with the microphone. I usually use TeamSpeak, and there's no problem when my headset is charged, but when it comes the time to plug it so it charges while I'm using it, the microphone activates with any incoming sound from the pc. E.g. when I use it when talking in TS, the microphone activates when I talk (what is normal) and when the other person talks aswell. When this happens, since it's activated all the time, it plays an ambient sound that is pretty annoying for the people that are listening.

Do you know how could I solve this problem? (Or fixing the ambient sound, although I think it's natural on this headsets).

Can you try a different USB cable and port?

I use the stand that comes with the USB, and I've already tried other USB ports (mainly the ones from the back of the PC) and still the same :(

I've heard this issue before and it was related to a grounding issue, or something similar if i recall correctly.
