zguy85
Change your graphics settings more / lower your frame rate cap. If your feeling bold, repaste your cooler with conductonaut but be very careful of spillage. Lowered my temps by like 6-7c across the board on average. Freddyp411
Also I don’t want to ruin the warranty so I don’t think I’d do that yet lol
zguy85
72-75c is kinda getting up there 80c is entering the danger zone in my opinion. I have the 7700K and 1080GTX model so we have different set up's. But listen, My 7700K proc was doing the same thing. I de-lided and repasted the processor and also the cooler to the LID with Conductonaut and my temperatures dont go above 74 anymore. If I wore your shoes thats what I would do. Just have to be very careful using Conductonaut, if done improperly it could damage your computer/card.

zguy85
Yea that's pretty high. I would immediately reposition the cooler on the GPU and while your at it repaste let us know what results are afterwards.
