Wilan
Hello everyone, I am building my first PC and using a Obsidian 500D SE case, I have a HX850 power supply but have a question when plugging in my GPU. It has 2 8 pin power connectors. The cables that come with the PSU have a 6+2 then another 6+2 conjoined. Is this sufficient for the GPU or should I use 2 separate cables? https://1drv.ms/u/s!AoSCeYGZDxGWgppDN9Ty-RjWgEhAAw Edited July 1, 2020 by Wilan

Corsair Employee jonnyguru Posted July 2, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 2, 2020 Is a platinum HX850. Ok. One cable should be fine. It uses a 16g wire instead of 18g like a lot of other PSUs.
