Goat1
Anyone know why?
Toasted
Which version of CUE are you using? Try a different USB port and see if it changes anything. Latest Windows updates, USB chipset drivers?
Goat1
Newest version of cue. Not using cue 2. I've tried all the ports on my pc. Everything is up to date. I rebooted and every thing. Mouse pad doesn't get detected.
electroskippy
There's a reset button on the underside of the pad in a hole just big enough for a paperclip. I pressed that for about 5-10 seconds to get my Polaris started when I first got it. Worth a try.

Toasted
CUE 1 does not have Polaris support. You will need to install CUE 2.

Goat1
I kind of figured that.. Will that screw up everything I have going on in CUE 1 ?
terabyte
No, but CUE 1 is not longer being updated. All new features and devices will be supported in CUE 2 only from now on. EDIT Wait, it's late and maybe I misread. Where you asking if you can keep your current profiles/configuration if you update to CUE 2 perhaps? If so you can import CUE 1 profiles but some things may not work and will have to be re-done.
Goat1
Yes, that was what I was asking..
Goat1
I just downloaded Cue 2.. Works really well so far and looks miles ahead of Cue 1. Great job Corsair. The lighting effects with my K70 RGB, Sabre mouse and Polaris are stunning. I would love if The Marvel/DC profiles linked all of these together. Very cool..
