Default Help pls, Carbide Omega no rgb front

Hello, guys

Recently i bought a Carbide Omega, the simple one.

This one can have a rgb line in front case, but mine doesnot working

i don't know if i has mistake with the panels connector

I've a CM Asus z270e

I put a picture of how i put de panels connector

pls can i've some help

If you bought a non RGB Carbide Omega chassi then there is no RGB line in the front.

The Cables from IO-panel "Power-LED" is the led in the start button.

Is this the one you bought:

If you bought the one above, it doesn't have RGB, though have single color LEDs.
