furiontic
I just recently bought a CX600 to upgrade from the current TR2 600W im using. I was curious about whether not the CX600W would be good to use in my build. I know it meets the wattage requirements, but I have read some bad reviews saying that it is a risk to use this PSU for anything not entry level. I am running a GTX 970 SC and an i7 2600 @ 3.4Ghz. along with stock 8gb ram @1600. Will this PSU be safe to use with my current build?
Corsair Employee jonnyguru Posted July 20, 2015 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 20, 2015 Well... the CX is second from the bottom of the line in Corsair's PSU line up. That said, it should be fine for a single card. There is no "risk" to using this PSU.
