Sigh.. force 3 120gb slow and unstable

im getting a sluggish performance in windows so i did some benchmarks to confirm, what i got in HDtune was the drive starting at 120mbps for about 10 seconds then going upto 350 then back down again it just doesn't seem stable then i did a ATTO bench hear is the results, it just looks all over the place to me.
would like some help on what to do next the drive is 2 days old

Repeated benchmarking will slow your drive as it fills the drive with data and places the blocks into a written state. I have also replied to your other posts.

My suggestion is for you to try the tutorial in our sticky section for restoring SSD performance and also trying the suggestions given to you in the other replies. Also, if you have not already done so, update your drive to the 1.3 firmware if it is currently on ver 1.2.

Confirm the drive is aligned.

Try secure erase and then format with windows utility as NTFS to ensure the drive is properly formatted and aligned.
