That is enough for me been there done that many years ago and I am sure it has not gotten any better.

However, it would be best to speak with our customer service by phone they can and will work with anyone on issues like this.

I also have a crackling issues in my SP2200 left speaker. I haven't even considered RMA due to cost as well. I live in Canada and it's not cheap to ship across the border. I've had to lose out on products in the past having the shipping cost of RMA sometimes be higher then 50% of the retail price for my products. It is simply not worth the RMA to me as I would rather just go purchase a different product. Unfortunately I have never soldered nor do I have any technical ability.

Any chance Corsair can assist me with the shipping?

I had an issue with these speakers and filled out an RMA but they have discontinued these speakers so couldn't get any kind of replacement. So the option to RMA isn't a good one.

We have discontinued the speakers but it doesn't mean users are left in the cold. If you contact customer service, they will assist you even if a product is discontinued with options.

After purchasing a set of these last December, they lasted 1 week before seeing this issue and were replaced but 8 month later the replacements are suffering from the same symptoms.

I have sent 2 emails now and not had any reply.

Who and when did you send the emails, Alibaski? If you want to replace your replacement, you should also try contacting our customer service over the phone (you can use Skype to call for free).

Hi Ramguy

Thanks for replying.

The actual messages were sent via the rma process with the username jimmy smithson and email address removed.

I did this back in December too but once again the rma messages were ignored so I went through the actual retailer I purchased them from.

If you sent them to your reseller how would we have had any control over that?
Please use the link on the left and request an RMA then call our customer service by phone with the case number and explain the issue with them.
They will do their best to help you.
And you can install SKYPE and call the toll free number listed under contact on our web site for free.

Like I said m8 I eventually sent them to the retailer because I received no reply from my original rma request via the rma link on the left of this forum.

Need a microphone to do so but I haven't got one, got no laptop either.

Is there a UK number I can ring at all?

RAM GUY

Can you please do me a favour.

Can you look at RMA #5069892and disregard that case number.

Reason why I actually got another email with case number #5065552

This is what was said by Technical Support

Sorry to hear that. It would be best to get the unit replaced. Please proceed with the RMA process. I will notify customer service that his is going to be your 3rd replacement. We should be able to provide you a pre paid shipping label. Thanks

but it's been 3 days since they got back to me and I'm still waiting for the pre paid shipping label which I thought they would have sent via email.

Thanks

Lord Alibaski

It looks like your second RMA number did not have all your information so they were not able to process it. They will use the information from your first RMA number (5069892) and will setup a call tag for you. The courier (TNT) should contact you within 3-4 business days.

Hi RAM GUY

I had to phone TNT myself today because I am working late so will miss any phone calls from them.

I asked them to check to see if anything has been issued for pickup from my address but the tnt client I spoke to couldn't find any request (call tag) from corsair for pickup from my address.

The 4 working business days for tnt as passed since your reply.

Thanks

Lord Alibaski
