Default How long till i get a response from corsair?

I'm new here and submitted an RMA for a k70 Mk.2 Keyboard 3 days ago because my space key broke off. it has been three days and no response. I get that many others have RMA quests too. but I just want to know if my keyboard can be RMA for a replacement or not.
