JeremyH
Hello, I am hoping to find some guidance in my issue. I have a Corsair Vengeance 2000 that has cracked plastic just above the earcup hinges. This is the third time this has happened to me. I am concerned that this RMA cycle is getting out of hand. The shipping each time is costing me roughly $30+. Also I am without the headset for about a month each time. I do not want to continue the cycle of paying ~$60 a year just to continue using this headset. Is there any way I could upgrade to the current version? (I've heard the fragility issue is fixed in the 2100) Is it possible to get my money back? Are there any other solutions that will remedy this RMA cycle? Thanks for your time, Jeremy
Toasted
Request a new RMA to replace the headset. In the comments section tell them the headset has been replaced before and provide them with the previous RMA#.
JeremyH
I cannot see what this will do for me, but I've added the previous RMA# to the comments of the new ticket. I am curious as to how this will fix my infinite loop of RMA cycles?
Toasted
Corsair usually covers shipping for items needing a second RMA.
