neneche Posted September 16, 2019 Share Posted September 16, 2019 Hello all I received 2 weeks ago an H100i Platinum which was working more or less correctly (heretic fan speed and sometimes disconnection/reconnection from USB with the sound from windows that indicate the disconnection) last Friday the H100i was no longer recognized in Icue. evry time I launch Icue , it indicate that no device is connected and it "force closed" (no Icue in the tab it just stop to work) I tried to de-install and re-install the latest Icue version --> not working physically disconnect the USB and tried another USB port --> not working I tried a different USB cable --> not working I used also a small soft to see if the H100i is connected and seen in windows and it is actually connected and seen by windows as connected I can monitor the fan speed and liquid temp in HWmonitor What else can I do ? it seems that this corsair product is not very well functioning Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DevBiker Posted September 16, 2019 Share Posted September 16, 2019 Don't run any other monitoring tools that can read the cooler's native sensors. If you do, disable it from connecting to the cooler (you can do this in HWInfo, not sure about HWMonitor). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
