PsiStorm Posted September 4, 2019 Share Posted September 4, 2019 Hi there, I've searched everywhere but can't seem to find anyone else with this problem. I've had my Corsair Wireless Pro for years now and it's worked flawlessly. I've recently had to swop out PC's a few times due to a hardware problems and each time I install my iCue and I'm good to go. But somewhere along the lines, I noticed that when I move my mic boom up, it's no longer muting/unmuting. I need to use the mute button instead. I've tried reinstalling the software, force flashing my firmware, etc. all to no avail. Please tell me someone is aware of this issue and how to fix it? Much appreciated. Does the light still change to red for mute when you move the mic up? What happens if you have your Windows Sound Settings window open and perform the mic lift?
